What the app is, and isn't

SystemVA Books is a tracking tool. It helps you keep your books and fills in draft worksheets from what you enter. It is not tax or legal advice, it does not file returns or pay taxes for you, and it is not accredited by the BIR. Check figures against the official forms, and ask your RDO or an accountant when unsure.

Your part

• Enter true and complete records, and keep your printed invoices and receipts.
• File and pay on time. You are responsible for your returns and any penalties.
• Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else got in.
• Only enter clients' details you're allowed to keep for your business.

Your data

Your records stay yours. You can download or delete them at any time; see the privacy notice.

Prices

The app is free while in beta. If paid plans start, we'll show the price before you pay and never charge you without your say-so. Your existing records stay downloadable either way.

When things go wrong

We work to keep the app correct and online, but we can't promise it will never have errors or downtime. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for taxes, penalties or losses that come from using it. This doesn't take away any rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

Ending

You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that are used for fraud or to harm others, and will tell you why.
